Microsoft Visual C Runtime Library runtime error
C:\windows\explorer.exe abnormal program termination

This occurs when attempting to run IE or open any files
via explorer, GUI or otherwise. This started after removal
of Norton Systemworks 2003, which became corrupted
somehow. This is on a PIII 450 running XP home update over
Win98 SE.
