runtime error

I was trying to download webjal into my computer so I can
download ringtones to my nextel phone. When I was
installing the patcher, an error message popped up and
said "runtime error '70' ", does anyone know what that
means?

It's an issue with the software not your computer. I'd e-
mail them or try and re-install.
