runtime error

you need to be more specific. What is the error message? What are you doing when it happens, what program is running, what does the computer do when it happens, and which xp are you running.
 
I am running xp home and it happens when you open Outlook 2000

There are more than one 'runtime error' messages out there, so it is important to know what the exact error message is
Also, are you able to use OutLook
What happens when you try to open it, other than the runtime error
