Runtime Error using Shutterfly

I posted this question earlier in the week and now it is gone??

I am having this problem only on shutterfly when I try to "get pictures".
The error just started in January. I did have the google toolbar and have
uninstalled it. it still does not work.

I am using windows vista, IE 7, I *think* that norton antivirus is the only
thing running. i have tried using it without addons it does not work and i
also tried it with firefox and it still doesn't work. IF I sign on as a
different user it works.. is tis something to do with my picture albums?
