runtime error message

how do I get rid of a widow which constantly occurs
labeled smart issue with the following message-

File not Found
SRC: Microsoft VBScript runtime error
Line:11 Error:0 Scode:800a0035
 
Hi Carl,

From a previous post by MVP Doug:

Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove VAIO Support. Then call Sony and
ask them why they haven't fixed it yet. This is related to a web based
support program made by the folks at www.support.com.

But they don't support it, they'll send you to your computer maker, since
they ship the
software. Additionally you may see 2 entries for programs that relate to
this, the other is put out by Cox Cable for their customers. The two
differing versions have a "conflict" that causes the error.
