If this occurs when you are looking at a web page (and it probably does)
then that page has an error in a script on it. Nothing you can do
(apart from letting the site know, maybe), but you can avoid getting
messages about it. In Control Panel - Internet Options - Advanced page,
check 'Disable Script debugging' (it sounds as if that probably *is*
checked ) and uncheck the following box 'display a notification. . .' or
'warn of errors' (the text seems to vary ) which is what is resulting
in the message being displayed.
