runtime error 216

when i close out ie6 i get this error, when i close ith
error box i get this error oxo1e92d6c refrenced memory at
0x01eeoc8, memory could not be read.

any sugestions of a cause and fix
 
Can you give the rest of the Runtime error 216 ?
There are many and it should be in a form like this:
Runtime error 216 at 0007EA4A

Check your other numbers for accuracy, being careful to use 0 instead
of "o" if applicable.
