Run Time Error Messages

I keep getting the following error messages on closing IE
browser: The instruction at "OxOlea382" referenced memory
at "OxO1f6217c". The memory could not be "read".

And:

Runtime Error 216 at O1EA3812.

What do these mean and how can I fix them?

Usually these type memory errors are parasite related .........
