iexplore.exe Application error

Everytime i close a explorer screen i keep getting this
error " The instruction at "0x01bd3812" referenced memory
at 0x01c9ffe8". the memory could not be "read"

You then close that window and another window pops up
that says "runtime error 216 at 01BD3812


Does anyone know what this is/

Don,

Scan the system with Ad-Aware and eliminate the malware products causing the abnormal program termination. Download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com and update it:

1. Start Ad-Aware.
2. Click [Check for Updates] [Connect] and download the latest pattern file if available. and click Finish
3. Click [Start] [Next] (System will now detect the spyware)
4. After the scan is finished, click [Next]
5. Select all the items (checkboxes)
NOTE: Right click on any object in the "Scan result" list and choose [Select all objects]"
6. Click Next and click OK to confirm spyware removal.
