IEXPLORE.EXE Application Error

Everytime I close my Internet Explorer this message comes
up...

The instruction at "0x00c02e2c" referenced memory
at "0x00cc249c". The memory could not be "read".

Then after I click ok this box pops up...

Runtime error 216 at 00002E2C

Any info on what is going on would help. Thank you.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite)
