runtime error 21 and winlogin 1002 warnings

One pc this morning is constantly receiving runtime error 21 at " "

There are different codes. The event log is showing winlogon 1002 warnings.

After you click ok on the error, windows does a mini-reload. It reloads the
personal settings and goes through this over and over again.

Any ideas what is going on? Virus? Faulty OS?

Thanks. I'm fairly certain it was from a virus, grr. Symantec found an
infection and a system restore to last week fixed the problem for now.

I will have to watch that computer closely.

They claimed to opened an email from a friend the other day.
