running tomcat.exe gives faulting module error

I installed apache tomcat into my computer. It is then
wrapped with Java Service to turn tomcat into a window's
service. Sometimes I would run into an error that says
Faulting application tomcat.exe version 1.1.0.0
Faulting Module ntdll.dll ...
Do you know what that dll is and what may be causing this
error?
