Running slow

My computer is running so slow the web pages take 45 seconds to turn, my disk clean-up has no effect on this problem I’m only using 5GB of 35GB available 512RAM & 1800 athlon xp, what is slowing my system, how can i fix it?

Download and run Stinger.exe

Next goto system tools and run Disk Defrag.
