running short of memory!!!

There is plenty of memory on my pc but it is telling me that there isant
and it is making some room. WHY is it doing that all the time??

Any of a number of reasons. Crapware, artificially constrained pagefile,
lack of space on the pagefile partition, the problem you originally posted..

It's better to deal with one issue at a time though.
