Running Services

Hi All

I've noticed that a have a lot of running services in the background. How do
I know which ones really need to be running? How do I disable the ones I
don't need.

Hey Tks for the info. I followed a few of the steps on the page. I still have
about
45 services running. Is that to many? I am Networked to my laptop. I have
two printers and a web cam. Both printers and Shared and so are files.
