Running Program on Login

If possible I would like to execute a program when a user logs into Windows
XP and when Windows XP auto logs off after time out.
Can this be accomplished and if so how. Thanks for any help.

Didn't quite understand you what did you mean by:
after time out.

Do you have Winexit.scr ?

Post more information if anything is unclear.
