Is there a way on xp to find out if a specific user has logged on at a
certain time.
e.g. I want to know if someone is logging on my account while i'm not home.
is there a file that will tell mem when login's have occured?

Not really sure mate but if you password protect your account they shudnt be
able to access your account anyway, try that if your concerned someone is
reading your confidential stuff
