runner error

please help, i have a runner error-runner file name (fspex.exe) lacks a
'-'(the app id separator) comes on all the time and i dont know how to fix
it.
 
You have posted this question on numerous newsgroup and received numerous
responses in the last couple of days. You keep asking the same question,
have you checked the responses?
