Runner error

HELP!!!!! I can't get away from this notice: Runner file name (fspex.exe)
lacks a '-' (the app id seperator) I have tried script debugging in ie
removed script debug notification and it is still popping up....PLEASE
HELP!!! thank you

I work Charter Communications under the Secuity Suite Team. It doe
happen if you have spam filter on the PC. Look for your spam fliter an
remove it and then remove the suite. After that Reinstall CHSSS and the
you have it working again
