Runner Error and Program not uninstalling

I keep have this window come up that is titled RUNNER ERROR . iNSIDE THE
WINDOW IT SAYS RUNNER FILE NAME FSPEX.EXE LACKS A-'' (THE APP ID SEPERATOR)

pART 2 i AM TRYING TO UNINSTALL PRINTMASTER AND IT JUST WILL NOT UNINSTALL???

HELP.....ANYONE....

Do you have F-Protect antivirus? If yes, try disabling that while
uninstalling Printmaster. When finished, you may also need to reinstall the
antivirus program (this is the program that the fspex file usually belongs
to).
