Rundll32 shutdown error

Just recently, when I come to shutdown my PC, I get an
error that Rundll32.exe is not responding. I have to End
Now before windows xp finally shuts down. What can I do
to remedy this? I just recently installed BHODemon,
Spyhunter, and Norton Systemworks just for kicks in that
order. Everything was fine until I froze on the the
Norton install and had to restart. Thank you!

scan your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus.
spybot,search and destroy:-www.safer-networking.org
Adaware:-www.lavasoftusa.com
CWShredder:-http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/index.html

open your task manager>processes>end some processes.good idea to start
with the anti virus program,keep it doing until you find which is
causing the rundll32.exe error.
