Normally the title bar of the window that contains the error report tells
you what application has the problem. Maybe Norton removed the rundll32.exe
file from the folder for that application.

If that's the case, find another copy of rundll32.exe on your system and
copy it into the broken application's folder.

I can not restart my computer automatically without closing manually a
window with "rundll32.exe not responding".
This happened after installing Norton virus 2004.
Going to previous restore point did not solve the problem.
I am stuck with rundll32.exe when all other things are working perfectly
well.
