rundll32.exe ntdll.dll CPU Usage

Hello,

When the computer has been on for some time (not
specific), rundll32.exe just starts using up all of the
CPU power (99% in task manager). Process Explorer from
Sysinternals shows that Rundll32.exe is trying to load
ntdll.dll or something rather. The file version for
ntdll.dll is 5.1.2600.1217 and rundll32.exe cannot be
killed. Thank you,
