rundll32.exe using 99% of my CPU

What would the solution be for this? In my task manager,
rundll32.exe uses up 99% of my CPU and I have about 56
processes running? My thinkpad T41 is so slow and won't
budge, help would be greatly appreciated!

Are you familiar with antivirus software? I like Norton AntiVirus myself.

Are you sure it's rundll? I have a similar problem
(running on xp pro), that is related to the "svchost.exe".
When I shut the offending "svchost.exe" down, everything
goes well.
Hope this helps.
Now to find why "svchost.exe" is doing this.....
