Ok so a couple days ago i turned on my computer to find the following message
pop up. The box is like one of those window error boxes.

rundll32.exe is the title

rundll32.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for
the inconvenience. - this is in a white box under the title.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost. - this is in a grey box under the white part of the box.

The only button on the box is a Close one at the bottom right hand side.

Ok that pops up when i first turn on the computer when the desktop comes up.

Secondly. Everytime i open Internet Explorer or go to a different page that
message pops up. Along with this other message. It looks l ike one of those
boxes that comps up when you get an error report and it asks you if you wana
send error report or don't send.

RNDLL3~1.exe - title

the inconvenience. - same white box under title as the one above.

You have malware on your computer which you must clean up. Here are
removal instructions. You can download everything you need on a clean
machine, unconnected to the infected one, and burn the removal tools to
a cd-r.

Remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy from
www.safer-networking.org and Ad-aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. Be sure
to update these programs before running them. These programs are free,
so run them both since they complement each other. It is best to run
antivirus and spyware removal tools in Safe Mode. You may also want to
run CWShredder and HijackThis from http://aumha.org/freeware.htm.
Although CWShredder is no longer being updated, it will still clean
older variants of the CoolWebSearch malware. A combination of
HijackThis and About:Buster (http://www.majorgeeks.com) works well in
removing homepage hijackers. Please read the instructions carefully.
Make sure you are able to see all hidden files and extensions (View tab
in Folder Options). Also, make sure you've visited Windows Update and
applied all security patches. Do not install driver updates from
Windows Update. Make sure you are running a firewall and have a current
version (not earlier than 2003) antivirus installed using updated
definitions. If you do not have an av, get one immediately. A good one
