Rundll32.exe at shutdown

[Just Wondering]

When go to shutdown my computer End program comes up
where I can click on end now. Did I delete something that
shutsdown my computer. It shuts down after I click end
now. But I am just tired of waiting for that message to
come up. At shutdown is the only time it comes up. Just
wondering whats wrong and if there is something to fix it.
