RUNDLL32.EXE as an application?

Hi,

I've been getting a hit on my firewall, Zonealarm, that
RUNDLL32.EXE is trying to access the web as an application
and warns that it might be a trojan.

Does anyone know if rundll should be accessing the web or
if there is something odd that would be causing this
suddenly and should I be concerned?

FWIW, I run Zonealarm, and rundll32.exe has never tried to access the web.
