rundll32.exe and MSIMG32.dll

hi
a download the latest security update today (Security
Update for Windows XP (329834) and now my anti-virus and
the add and remove program doesent work anymore,
,and when a right click on my desktop /properties a have
a messenge :This application has failed to start because
MSIMG32.dll was not found . Re-installing the application
may fix this problem.
Re-installing what?
anti-virus already trying!

This is a Windows file, go to Start/Run/CMD/SFC /Scannow.
