Rundll32, Dreamscene and Comsurrogate.

Can someone please tell me why Rundll32, Comsurrogate and dreamscene all
fail when I try to apply a Dreamscene background?

yourself. What version of Windows? Vista Ultimate x64?

Most important: Step by step, what do you click or press, and what error
message (verbatim) or other result do you see?

We can't watch over your shoulder. You'll have to tell us EVERYTHING that
we need to know.
