Could someone please tell me why this comes up when I
turn on the computer.

Error loading C:\Windows\System 32\MSA 64 CHK.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Many Thanks.

I believe that's associated with malware, a dialer. Run these programs
to check for spyware/malware. After installing update them, then boot
into safe mode and run them. You should update and run them weekly.

Cwshredder

After your system is clean use these programs to help keep it clean:

Hi

Try these programs to check for any spyware that may be on your system:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Try SpyWareBlaster to stop intrusions:

http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

Also see the following links:

http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
http://www.microsoft.com/security/articles/spyware.asp

Also have a look in msconfig>startup to see if the file is referenced there. If so, uncheck it, then reboot your system.

This file is associated with the mostrar dialer parasite. (See below link
for information). The parasite may have already been removed from the
system, but an errant reference to the file was left in the start up
options.

Go to start/Run and type msconfig and press OK. Click the Start Up tab
and look for a reference to this file. If found, remove the check mark for
that line.

If you have not already done so, use the links in the messages from Hilary
and Will to get the programs that can remove this parasite.
