audio drivers will not load

streamci.dll = streaming device class install

I have a file of that name, in

C:\WINDOWS\system32\streamci.dll 8192 bytes

And the find command, also finds a copy here.

C:\WINDOWS\Driver Cache\i386\driver.cab
