hibernation and standby wake up without notice

After hibernation, or standby is set, my computer will wake itself up without
notice from time to time.

There is a RUNDLL message that states:
Error loading C:\Program Files\Common Files\ParetoLogic\UUS2\UUS.dll

The specified module could not be found.

A file search reported 2 files for ParetoLogic, but the files were not
displayed.

Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling ParetoLogic Data Recovery tool.

This might help.

My suggestion is to perform a Google search for that error:

Error loading C:\Program Files\Common Files\ParetoLogic\UUS2\UUS.dll

You will get lots of hits and some actually have resolutions.

That product seems to optionally run some scheduled tasks or something
like that. If the task has an error like that and pops a message up
on the display, I can see where it might wake the system from
hibernation or standby - so it can complain.

A prerequisite is that the referenced product must be properly
installed.
