RUNDLL Error (pareto Logic?)

Hi ive searched here but cant find the right help for my problem.Im also
getting a ''RUNDLL'' error popup.I have run my anti-virus and also disabled
it and downloaded and run another but still the error is here.It is , Error
loading C:\Program Files\Common Files\Pareto Logic\UUS2\UUS.dll . The
specified module could not be found........Many thanx for any assistance :)
