rundll irprops.cpl missing entry BluetoothAuthenticationAgent

I receive the above error message upon windows log on.
www.winbookcorp.com have a solution ...
and ask to run sQ323183_WXP_SP2_X86_ENU.EXE executable
file, however I cannot locate this file anywhere on my
machine (even with the show hidden files option checked).

is there any location I can get this file?

alternatively, is there another method to resolve the
issue?
