Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Date and Time
and adjust your time to the correct time, then repost your

Hello There:
I have very annoying problem,I'm no more able to open anything executable in
Control Panel, when i try to open (Add/Remove Programs) for example msg
appeared said
"...windows can't locate Rundll.exe ,though the rundll.exe file found in my
system folder.
What can cause this type of problems?
