RUNDLL Error WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\EGCOMLIB_1034.dll

Every time I start up I get this RUNDLL error message
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\EGCOMLIB_1034.dll The
specified module could not be found

How do I resolve this please !!
