Rundll Errors

Hi,

I have 2 Dynamic Link Library (DLL) Error messages that
keep appearing each time I reboot my computer. I have ran
2 different anti virus programs and there are no viruses
to be found. In the Error messaages it reads as follows,
1.)
RUNDLL ERROR LOADING
C:\windows\system32\iel2cde8.dll
The specified module could not be found.

2.)
RUNDLL ERROR LOADING
C:\windows\system32\li01f948.dll
The specified module could not be found.

Does anyone know how to remove this problem or know what I
have to do to end it? Thanks for all your help.
