Did you recently uninstalled/Install any of Paretologic Software?
http://paretologic.com/
How to remove ParetoLogic UUS.DLL error message
http://www.utilitysoftwarereviews.com/how-to-remove-paretologic-uusdll-error-message/

You can download this tool "AutoRuns for Windows"
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
And remove the entry from here:

Locate this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run = look in
the right pane/window and remove the entry for it
"C:\program files\common files\paretologic\uus2\uus.dll"

Run disk cleanup and defrag in safe mode. Then run this command:
sfc /scannow

HTH.
nass

A little searching offers this as a possible resolution:

After a good scan for malicious software...

A task has been left behind by the Paretologic Program in the task
manager's files that is responsible for this annoying error.

Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Scheduled Tasks

Remove or disable the leftover paretologic task.

If you have one of the following products installed on your system,
you may wish to uninstall/reinstall to recover the file.

However, far superior products are available as freeware.
