There are probably two Windows keys, make sure that neither one is stuck
down.
There may be one between the Ctrl and Alt keys to the left of the Space bar
and one to the right of the Space bar between the Alt key and the Menu key.
happens to me sometimes. but v. rare. I don't know why. When I restart
it fixes it. If that doesn't work for you then a workaround would be a
keyboard that doesn't have a windows key. It's acting as if the
windows key is pressed down.
