Run-time error upon opening Excel 2007

Yesterday, I purchased and installed Office 2007 upgrade. Now, every time I
start Excel, I get a pop-up "Microsoft Visual Basic Run-time error '53' File
not found: DVZAddin.dll"

Any help to get rid of the error message is appreciated.

Am running Vista.
