run minimized

I have excel and word as part of start up, but I cannot
figure out how to have them run minimized. I used to
right click on properties, and check the run minimized
box in 2000.

I can't seem to find this in XP.

The same thing is available in XP. Use the properties sheets of any
shortcut for those programs.
