"RUN" in START Button

Simple problem. The "Run" function in the START button
(lower left screen) seems to be missing, and I can't
figure out how to get it back. I am running Win XP
(Home). This problem is not critical but I have several
programs that must run from this particular function.

Right-click the Task Bar > Properties > Start Menu > Customize...
Advanced > Start Menu Items > Run Command.

Right click the Start button and select Properties, then
Customize on Classic Start Menu. Scroll down and put the
check mark in the Show Run entry. If you're using the new
Start panel, its on the Advanced tab.
