yes, via the command console

start>run>cmd

and type help for
available commands,
like the del command
 
If you are referring to the history of the Run command, then look in the
registry at
HKCU\SW\M$\Windows\CV\Explorer\RunMRU
(You figure the abbreviations)
You adjust the registry at your own risk
