run command

when i type msnconfig all these other things show up in the list but if i
click on the drop down arrow there is nothing in there. I tried to delete all
these but they wont go away. How do i get rid of them?

Also my other issue is my son has AOL IM and no matter how many times i go
to msconfig to remove it from start up it always comes back on star up? How
do i stop it from happening?

What is msnconfig. Did you mean msconfig?

In AIM, press F3 to edit preferences. Click Sign On/Off and deselect
"Start AIM when Windows starts".
