run at startup

Hi

Can someone please tell how you place a program to run at
startup when using windows XP. I can do this easily with
windows 2000 but having never used XP before I am
struggling to see how it is done using this operating
system.

Place the program shortcut in this location:
C:\Documents and Settings\<<Your user name>>\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

The program will be loaded at every startup
