Rules Wizard

Hi

we have quite a problem with Spam email of all kinds but also a lot of
pornographic email.

We have added rules to peoples Outlook 2000 software to pick out messages
and automatically place in deleted items then permanently delete them.

I have one lady who is getting an error upon running her rule which leaves
the mail in her inbox .

The error heading is "Rules in error" and says "You don't have appropriate
permissions to perform this operation."

She has full permissions on her Outlook data file and full permissions on
her Network share area. I cannot find any explanation as to why this is not
working. Can anyone on here shed some light on what is causing this ?

I cannot find anything in Knowledge base about this error.

Many Thanks in advance

Pst-file?
Empty the Deleted Items Folder and run Compact Now on the pst-file. Then
close Outlook and run scanpst.exe on the file.
