Outlook rules and Blackberry

Hello,

We have a user that is having problems with Spam from Outlook showing up on
her Blackberry phone. The way we have it set up is that any incoming spam is
tagged with [SPAM] in the subject and we had each user create a rule in
Outlook that forwards anything with [SPAM] in the subject to the Junk Mail
folder. The rule works fine in Outlook, but these e-mails are still getting
through to her Blackberry. Other Blackberry users do not have this problem -
they have the same rule set up in their Outlook and do not receive these
e-mails on their phones. This particular user has other rules in place that
move specific e-mails to sub folders and these messages do not go to her
phone. I have verified that the rule is server-side, not client-side. I know
it is not something wrong with her phone as it works for other users and this
has not worked on two different versions of the Blackberry for her. We are
not using a Blackberry Enterprise Server. We use Outlook 2003 (11.8313.8221)
SP3. Anyone have any ideas? I've been searching all over for answers but
haven't found any. I appreciate any help. Thank you.

What type of e-mail account/server are we working with and how does the BB
sync with mailbox if BES is not in the picture?

We are running Exchange Server 2003. We add each user's work e-mail to their
Blackberry through the Outlook Web Access option on the phone.

Sorry it took so long to reply. I was out of town the past five days.

loges into Outlook Web Access using a web browser, all the rules are there
and are working.
