Rules Wizard Won't Launch

My Outlook from Office XP Pro will not launch Rules
Wizard when I click on it on the menu. It used to work,
but now, nothing happens. All my Windows XP Pro and
Office XP Pro updates are all up to date. I've
reinstalled and used WinDoctor and scanned for viruses,
and looked in the Knowledge Base. Anyone have any ideas?

Are we talking about an Exchange mailbox here or a pst-file?

I have the same problem. I created a number of rules and
now the wizard won't open anymore. It just pops up and
disappears (approx. 0.5 seconds).

I have tried repair etc..

I have four accounts in outlook:

- Exhange server account (5.5)
- Pop account
- 2xImap account.

The rules run on the POP account to local folders and on
the IMAP account to remote folders.

Is there any known fix for this?
