Rules Wizard - searching for more than one word or phrase?

I'm trying to set up a rule that will only trip if the
body of a message contains word1 AND word2. When you use
the rules wizard, you can add more than one word or phrase
to search for but they are, by default, part of an "or"
check.

Can I set it up to require both words?

Only if they can be input as a phrase. (one entry on the Specific Words
line) I.g. "one time offer"
