Rule issue in Outlook 2003

I have a co-worker who has a rule set up to drop messages into another
folder. The rule is supposed to be applied when the words "Read" or "Return
Receipt" appear in the subject. However, the term "specific words or
phrases" in the rules wizard is apparently operating under a loose
definition, because messages with subjects like "Here's that spreadsheet you
wanted" are being moved by the rule.

Is there any more granular control that can be exercised, i.e. finding only
the whole word "read" and not as part of the word "spreadsheet"?

When adding the text, have you tried adding " read " instead of "read"?
